AgentBox & AI agents

Your first AgentBox: a 15 minute getting-started guide

Updated 10/16/2026

An AgentBox installs itself: you order a plan, wait a few minutes and receive a full Linux desktop with eight AI agents preinstalled. This guide takes you from zero to the first useful result, and the first-run checklist in the console keeps you on track.

1. Order and open the console

Pick a plan on the AgentBox page and a location. After the install, the server's AgentBox tab shows the terminal and the desktop side by side, right in the browser. You need nothing installed locally.

2. Sign in to your agent

In the terminal, type claude (or codex, gemini, qwen) and sign in with your own account. It takes a minute and you stay signed in: terminal sessions survive the browser closing. From that moment you simply talk to the agent about what you want done.

3. Link Telegram

Under Settings you paste the token of a Telegram bot you create (free, via BotFather) and send the bot the link code. From now on you talk to your box from your phone, and the agent sends screenshots there whenever it needs you for a login or a 2FA code.

4. Install the Vault

Under Apps, the Vault tile puts a password vault on your server: you use it with the extension in the desktop's Chrome, the agent reads it from the command line, and passwords never leave your machine.

5. Create your first task

Under Tasks, start from a template: the daily inbox summary is the easiest beginning. The next morning you have the first report written by your agent, delivered by email, with the run visible in the task's history and the activity feed.

What comes next

From here the world is open: automate your business tasks, build a mobile app, or connect two boxes so the agents share the work. And the nightly backup to a Backup Box keeps the agent's memory, journal and files safe.
